Information may be used to operate and secure the platform, verify users, support transactions, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, provide customer support and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Payment information

Payment services are intended to be provided through appropriate regulated payment or financial partners. SafePay does not intend to store full payment-card credentials where a regulated payment provider can process them directly.

Applicable privacy and data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
