Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

SafePay NG is currently an early-stage technology platform. These terms describe the basis on which visitors may use this website while the transactional service is being developed.

No banking representation

SafePay does not represent itself as a bank, deposit-taking institution or independently licensed payment institution. Payment and settlement functions will be structured through appropriate regulated partners before transactional services are offered to the public.

Website information

Product descriptions on this website explain features being developed and may change before launch. Nothing on this website is financial, legal or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Users must not use SafePay for unlawful transactions, fraud, prohibited goods or services, money laundering, impersonation, abuse, or activity that violates applicable law or payment-network rules.

Disputes and evidence

SafePay is being designed to help parties document transaction terms and relevant evidence. Final dispute processes, time limits and settlement rules will be published before transactional services launch.
